From the perspective of collective action theory,the present situation and problems of peasant households participating in rural Dioscorea polystachya technical training in N township of Ruichang City were analyzed.Based on this,strategies such as opti-mizing training content,increasing farmer participation,strengthening follow-up support,and strengthening scientific and technologi-cal innovation and application were proposed,aiming to promote the popularization of technical knowledge through collective ac-tions,improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of Dioscorea polystachya industry,and support the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
