On the basis of introducing the development status of flower industry and rural tourism in Sanhe Village,this paper ex-pounded the arduous course of transforming barren mountain into"mountains of gold and silver".In the process of transforming the barren mountain of Sanhe village into"mountains of gold and silver",the author summarized the experience of seizing development opportunities,consolidating the foundation of high-level development,strengthening organizational construction,building the for-tress of rural revitalization,keeping up with the pace of the market,innovating and exploring transformation and development,deep-ening the connection of interests,and winning the support of the masses.Put forward the integration of elements concentrated input,resources into assets,integration of resources quantified shares,investment into income,industrial chain integration and extension,products into commodities and other innovative practices of collective economic development.
