摘要

随着计算机技术和图像处理技术的飞速发展,机器视觉系统逐渐成为自动化检测和质量控制的有效工具.详细介绍了利用图像处理算法对管道机器人焊接过程中的焊缝进行检测,并通过大量试验确定了参数,得到一种确实可行的应用方法,去完成焊缝的检测.

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer technology and image processing technology,machine vision systems have grad-ually become effective tools for automated detection and quality control.This paper mainly elaborated on the use of image process-ing algorithms to detect welds in pipeline robot welding processes,and through a large number of experiments,the parameters were determined,and a feasible application method was obtained to complete the detection of welds.
