The reasons for the immunization failure of FMD vaccine were summarized and analyzed from the aspects of FMD vac-cine self-factors,animal self-factors,human factors,low antibody levels generated during antibody detection,etc.,and targeted pre-vention and control countermeasures were proposed,which could better prevent and control FMD and promote the sustainable and healthy development of aquaculture industry.
