Guantao County is a large agricultural planting county in Hebei Province,mainly planting wheat and maize,but the occur-rence of incomplete maize seedlings has brought hidden dangers to agricultural safety production.According to the actual situation of summer maize production in Guantao County,through investigation and visiting of plots lacking maize seedlings,the factors caus-ing summer maize incomplete seeding were analyzed,and appropriate countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for guiding the safe production of summer maize in the county.
