摘要
苜蓿根瘤菌的固氮活动对苜蓿产量有着积极的影响,它不仅能提供植物所需的氮源、改善植物的氮状态、促进植物的生长和发育,而且有助于改善土壤质量,实现农业可持续发展.在综述苜蓿根瘤菌固氮原理、固氮效率的影响因素(如根瘤菌株类型、土壤pH值、土壤温度、受栽培管理等)、苜蓿根瘤菌的学术研究进展等基础上,系统地比较和分析了苜蓿根瘤菌固氮方向,并给出有效提升苜蓿根瘤菌固氮活动的启示和应用建议.
Abstract
Nitrogen-fixing activities of Medicago sativa rhizobium have a positive effect on Medicago sativa yield.It can not only provide nitrogen sources required by plants,improve plant nitrogen status,promote plant growth and development,but also help to improve soil quality and achieve sustainable agricultural development.On the basis of summarizing the principle of nitrogen fixation of Medicago sativa rhizobium,the factors affecting the efficiency of nitrogen fixation(such as the type of rhizobium,soil pH value,soil temperature,cultivated management,etc.),and the academic research progress of Medicago sativa rhizobium,the direction of ni-trogen fixation of Medicago sativa rhizobium was systematically compared and analyzed,and the inspiration and application sugges-tions for effectively improving the nitrogen fixation activities of Medicago sativa rhizobium were given.
