In order to select new varieties of spring Capsicum annuum suitable for planting in Daixian County,comparative experi-ments were carried out on open field cultivation of new varieties of spring Capsicum annuum in Shanxi Province.The experiment in-volved 8 new varieties of capsicum.Through comprehensive analysis of their growth period,yield and quality indexes,the difference of performance of each variety in Daixian area was obtained.Through observation,measurement and analysis,it is found that Bojue 270,Rongyao 178 and Jinli 602 showed good adaptability,yield and quality in Daixian area.
