针对现有核桃破壳机核仁破损率高、半仁率低的问题,通过核桃的挤压试验、整机结构设计和计算,设计了一种挤压式核桃破壳机,并对样机进行了破壳试验.试验结果表明:设计的破壳机有效提高了破壳质量,半仁率达到85.46%,对于促进核桃产业发展具有重要意义.
Design and Improvement of a Squeezing Walnut Shell Breaking Machine
In response to the problem of high kernel damage rate and low half kernel rate in existing walnut husking machines,a squeezing walnut husking machine was designed through walnut extrusion tests,overall structural design,and calculation,and a pro-totype was subjected to shell breaking tests.The experimental results showed that the shell breaking machine effectively improves the quality of shell breaking,with a half kernel rate of 85.46%,which is of great significance for promoting the development of the walnut industry.
