Study on Ecological Compensation Mechanism and Improvement Measures in Taolanhe Basin
Based on the ecological footprint model,the ecological footprint of each region in Taolanhe Basin was calculated.The re-sults showed that Suzhou District and Jinta County are in an overloading state with a large demand for water resources and are the main body of ecological compensation,while Jiayuguan City is the recipient of ecological compensation.At the same time,the corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of legislation perfection and mechanism content opti-mization.
