The characteristic small-scale crops in Shanxi Province are rich in resources,which is an important channel for farmers to increase their income and get rich.However,with the high frequency of diseases and pests in the characteristic small-scale crops and the increasing demand for pesticide application,the registered pesticide products are not enough to meet the demand for safe pesti-cide application of the characteristic small-scale crops.Based on the general situation of characteristic small-scale crops in Shanxi Province,the necessity of carrying out pesticide registration for characteristic small-scale crops and the existing problems of safe pes-ticide application of characteristic small-scale crops in Shanxi Province,the suggestions of safe pesticide application of characteristic small-scale crops in Shanxi Province were put forward.
