Based on the investigation of the construction of high quality rice base in Hanbin District Beishan granary,this paper ana-lyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the project,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the de-velopment of the project,it is pointed out that if Hanbin District Beishan grain silos high-quality rice base construction can accurate-ly seize the opportunity for rapid development,and make rational use of the resources of Hanbin District towns,it will certainly make the"Stable grain"bigger and stronger.
