Through the investigation of the development status of Dictyophora Desv industry in Zhijin County,SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of Dictyophora Desv industry in Zhi-jin County.It was pointed out that Zhijin County should clarify the ideas and objectives of industrial development according to the characteristics of industrial development stages.The key tasks of future development will be to extend the industrial chain,promote the intensive processing of the industry,strengthen brand building,and create characteristic products,and comprehensively improve the cold chain logistics system,so as to promote the healthy and efficient development of Dictyophora Desv industry.
