With rural revitalization as the background,this paper analyzed the impact of rural revitalization on rural labor demand and industrial structure adjustment.By combining literature analysis and case studies,through summarizing relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper put forward the definition,characteristics and cultivation mode of new professional farmers,and dis-cussed the cultivation path of new professional farmers adapting to the background of rural revitalization in China.It aims to provide feasible suggestions for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
