摘要

为探索温度变化对华山松种子萌发及幼苗生长的变化特征.将种子置于(15±2)℃,(20±2)℃,(25±2)℃和(30±2)℃等4个温度处理下,研究种子的发芽率和发芽过程中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及幼苗生长状况.结果表明,不同温度对华山松种子萌发和幼苗生长产生显著的影响,随着处理温度的升高,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,幼苗的根长、茎长和干物质呈先升高后降低的趋势,SOD,POD和CAT活性呈先降低后升高的趋势.因此,在(25±2)℃下培养的华山松种子发芽率最好,幼苗的生长状况最佳,是较为适合的发芽温度.

Abstract

To explore the effect of temperature change on seed germination and seedling growth of Pinus armandii.The seeds were treated at(15±2)℃,(20±2)℃,(25±2)℃and(30±2)℃to study the germination rate,soluble sugar,soluble protein and seedling growth.The results showed that different temperatures had significant effects on seed germination and seedling growth.With the in-crease of treatment temperature,seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,stem length and dry matter of seedlings increased first and then decreased,and SOD,POD and CAT activities decreased first and then increased.There-fore,the seed germination rate of Pinus armandii cultured at(25±2)℃is the best,and the growth of seedlings is the best,which is a more suitable germination temperature.
