On the basis of introducing the development status and prospect of Morchella esculenta industry,the main risks existing in the cultivation and management of Morchella esculenta were deeply analyzed,and the specific strategies of risk prevention and control were put forward,in order to provide scientific and technical guidance for Morchella esculenta practitioners to achieve high yield,high efficiency and high quality.
