Effect of Wheat Straw Returning to Paddy Field on Water Quality
In order to study the water quality of rice field under different straw returning quantity,the continuous observation and field water quality detection of different rice planting methods(direct seeding rice,machine transplanting rice)during the whole growth period were carried out by wheat straw returning,partially returning and completely leaving the field.The results showed that the pollution index of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen decreased with the reduction of straw returning quantity.The water quality pollution index of all straw discharged from the field was significantly lower than that of all straw re-turned to the field.The dissolved oxygen content increased with the decrease of the amount of straw returning to the field.
