通过分析传统灌木收割机作业中存在的操作员劳动强度大、成本高、刀盘异常磨损和维保成本高等问题,提出了无人收割系统的作业条件、作业规划和远程监控的构建方式,切割过程自适应反馈系统的架构和大数据预测维保的原理,提高了收割作业劳动生产率,降低了人工成本和损耗成本,对于通用农机的智能化改造具有一定实践意义.
Research on Intelligent Transformation Technology of Bush Harvester
By analyzing the problems existing in the traditional bush harvester operation,such as high operator labor intensity,high cost,abnormal wear of cutter head and high maintenance cost,this paper put forward the construction mode of unmanned harvesting system's operation conditions,operation planning and remote monitoring,the architecture of adaptive feedback system in cutting pro-cess and the principle of large data prediction and maintenance,which improved the productivity of harvesting operation.,reduced the labor cost and loss cost,and had certain practical significance for the intelligent transformation of general agricultural machinery.
