摘要

设计了一套基于多源信息融合的马铃薯收获机多级输送装置机械故障诊断系统,旨在提高收获机的运行效率和可靠性.系统利用传感器采集振动、温度等多种信号,经过数据处理模块进行降噪和特征提取,结合SVM和DBN模型进行故障诊断.试验结果显示,该系统能够准确诊断输送带断裂、轴承磨损等多种故障,诊断准确率高达96.7%.与传统方法相比,在故障分类准确率、误报率和诊断时间方面均有显著提升,证明了其在实际应用中的有效性和可靠性.

Abstract

A mechanical fault diagnosis system based on multi-source information fusion was designed to improve the efficiency and reliability of potato harvester.The system used sensors to collect vibration,temperature and other signals,and carried out noise reduc-tion and feature extraction through data processing module,combining SVM and DBN models for fault diagnosis.The test results showed that the system could accurately diagnose various faults such as conveyor belt breakage and bearing wear,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was as high as 96.7%.Compared with the traditional method,the accuracy of fault classification,false positive rate and diagnosis time are significantly improved,which proved the effectiveness and reliability of the method in practical application.
