摘要

为探究农机自动导航试验平台基于U型夹具的转向执行器装配方案的可靠性,构建有限元模型开展动力学特性分析.结果表明:装配机构前两阶模态固有频率较低,分别为57.403 Hz和62.044 Hz,振型以转向执行器及装配机构沿Y向左右摆动和X向前后摆动为主,低频振动源中尽量避免这两个频率的振动激励;Y方向冲击载荷对装配机构稳定性有显著影响.

Abstract

To investigate the reliability of the steering actuator assembly scheme based on U-shaped clamps for the agricultural auto-matic navigation test platform,an analysis of its dynamic characteristics was conducted.The simulation results showed that the first two modal natural frequencies of the assembly mechanism are relatively low,at 57.403 Hz and 62.044 Hz respectively.The vibration modes are mainly characterized by left-right oscillation along the Y-axis and forward-backward oscillation along the X-axis of the steering actuator and assembly mechanism.Vibration excitations at these two frequencies should be avoided in low-frequency vibra-tion sources.The impact load in the Y-direction significantly affects the stability of the assembly mechanism.
