摘要
为推动新疆阿图什市草原生态环境的持续优化发展,在介绍阿图什市退牧还草工程实施情况的基础上,结合实施退牧还草工程中的方法及成效,分析了工程实施过程存在的草原严重缺水、缺乏退化草原生态治理技术支撑以及禁牧、草畜平衡制度落实难度大等问题.针对这些问题,提出了相应对策建议,以助于退牧还草工程项目的更好实施.
Abstract
In order to promote the sustainable and optimized development of grassland ecological environment in Artux City,this pa-per introduced the implementation of the project,combined with the methods and results of the project,analyzed the serious water shortage of grassland,the lack of technical support for ecological management of degraded grassland,and the difficulty of imple-menting the system of grazing prohibition and grass-stock balance.In view of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help the better implementation of the project of returning grazing land to grassland.
