Teaching Reform Practice and Thoughts of Perl Language Programming for Biology Majors Based on ChatGPT
This paper proposed a teaching reform method based on ChatGPT,which aimed to improve the programming teaching of Bioinformatics Majors and enhanced students'learning initiative and programming skills by using ChatGPT's ability of natural lan-guage understanding and generation.This paper described a ChatGPT based Perl language programming teaching reform method for biological information major,designed an experiment,and collected the data of students'academic performance,learning feedback and teaching evaluation.The results showed that ChatGPT based teaching reform method was effective in personalized learning guid-ance,programming skills improvement and problem solving ability cultivation,and had obvious advantages compared with tradition-al teaching methods.
