摘要

在各个地方区域院校积极寻找培养区域工程人才发展的途径过程中,晋中信息学院立足于"山西农谷",根据晋中及周边区域电气专业人才的需求,积极进行教学改革,提出了实践教学过程引导化、实践教学内容项目化、实践教学模式立体化、实践教学平台多元化、实践考核方式实战化的"五化"实践教学改革,并取得了一定成效,全面总结晋中信息学院电气专业工程人才培养改革模式,可为其他高校的教学改革提供借鉴.

Abstract

Jinzhong College of Information determined talent cultivation goals based on the vocational and technical characteristics of electrical professionals in Jinzhong and surrounding areas,with students as the main body,guided teaching,combining majors with regional industries,internalizing teaching content into engineering projects,and adopting a three-dimensional teaching mode in time and space,utilize multiple practical teaching platforms to comprehensively cultivate students'professional technical application ability and professional skills,comprehensive practical ability and comprehensive skills,engineering practical ability and engineer-ing innovation ability,and proposed a practical assessment method that runs through the entire teaching process to enhance and con-solidate the effectiveness of practical teaching.
