Effects of Different Fertilizer Application Rates on the Growth of Keteleeria evelyniana Seedlings
In order to explore the suitable fertilizer application rate for Keteleeria evelyniana seedling cultivation in Huidong Coun-ty and provide technical support for the development of local Keteleeria evelyniana planting industry, six different fertilizer applica-tion rates were set with soil transplanting seedlings of 2 year old Keteleeria evelyniana seedlings as varieties and Basac coated con-trolled release fertilizer as experimental fertilizer. The effects of different fertilizer application rates on seedling height, ground diame-ter and biomass of Keteleeria evelyniana seedlings were compared. The results showed that controlled release fertilizer(14-14-14)had a certain promotion effect on the growth of Keteleeria evelyniana Yunnan seedlings, and the promotion effect was more and more obvious with the increase of fertilizer amount in the appropriate range. When the application rate of 14-14-14 was 3 g/plant,the seedling height, ground diameter and biomass reached the highest level, indicating that the application rate of 3 g per plant could be used as the standard for seedling fertilization in the actual production process.
