鱼菜共生养殖模式对水体质量及德国镜鲤生长性能的影响

以德国镜鲤为养殖对象,选取空心菜、水芹、大叶生菜等水培蔬菜,分别设置30、60、90株/m2等这3种培植密度,每个处理3个平行,每个平行100尾鱼,养殖周期28天,进行试验.养殖过程中监测水体中总氮和总磷的含量,试验结束后,测定德国镜鲤生长指标,总氮和总磷去除率及氮磷利用率等相关指标.结果表明:当空心菜培植密度为90株/m2时,养殖水体中总氮和总磷含量最低;总氮和总磷去除率最高的为90株/m2的水芹处理组,其次为90株/m2的空心菜处理组;德国镜鲤增质量率及特定生长率最高值、饵料系数最低值均出现在60株/m2空心菜处理组,同时,该组氮磷利用率最高.综合水质、生长指标及养殖成本来看,德国镜鲤养殖最适水培蔬菜为空心菜,最适培植密度为60株/m2.
Effects of Aquaponics Culture mode on the Water Quality and Growth Performance of Cyprinus carpiovar
Taking Cyprinus carpiovar as the breeding object,three kinds of hydroponic vegetables,such as water spinach,cress and lettuce,were selected as culture objects,and the cultivation density was set respectively,with 3 parallel treatment and 100 fish per parallel.The culture cycle was 28 days.The contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the water were monitored during the breeding process.After the experiment,the growth index,the removal rate of total nitrogen and total phosphorus and the utilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus were measured.According to the water quality,growth index and breeding cost,the most suitable vegetable for water culture was water spinach,and the most suitable planting density was 60 plants/m2.
