3种天麻块茎不同部位主要化学成分对比研究

对3种天麻块茎不同部位中主要化学成分含量进行测定,并建立HPLC指纹图谱.结果显示,3种天麻不同部位的HPLC指纹图谱共有峰相似度较高(0.848~0.946);绿天麻肚脐端的天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇和巴利森苷E显著高于其他部位,其余化学成分在箭芽端最高;黄天麻中端的天麻素含量显著高于其他部位,其余化学成分箭芽端最高;乌天麻肚脐端天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、巴利森苷B和巴利森苷E显著高于其他部位,其余化学成分在箭芽端最高.结论表明,3种天麻块茎不同部位主要化学成分种类差异不大,但含量存在显著或极显著差异,绿天麻的各部位化学成分均高于乌天麻和黄天麻.
Comparative Study on the Main Chemical Constituents in Different Parts of Three Gastrodia elata Tubers
The contents of main chemical components in different parts of 3 kinds of Gastrodia elata rhizome were determined and HPLC fingerprints were established.The results showed that the peak similarity of HPLC fingerprints of different parts of the three species was high(0.848~0.946).Gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol and balisenside E were significantly higher in the navel of green Gastrodia elata than in other parts,and the other chemical components were highest in the arrow bud end.The content of Gas-trodin in the middle of yellow Gastrodia elata was significantly higher than that in other parts,and the other chemical components were highest in the arrow bud end.Gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,balisenside B and balisenside E were significantly higher than those in other parts,and the other chemical components were highest in the end of arrow bud.The results showed that there was little difference in the types of main chemical components in different parts of the three Gastrodia elata tubers,but there were signifi-cant or extremely significant differences in the contents.The chemical components of all parts of green Gastrodia were higher than that of black Gastrodia elata and yellow Gastrodia elata..
