马铃薯美白水洗面膜配方研究

摘要
为探讨马铃薯美白水洗面膜的配方成分比例,以冀张薯12号为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究马铃薯浆液添加量、羧甲基纤维素钠添加量、海藻酸钠和聚乙二醇1500添加量对马铃薯美白水洗面膜品质的影响.结果表明,马铃薯美白水洗面膜最佳配方为:马铃薯浆液添加量28%,羧甲基纤维素钠添加量1.5%,海藻酸钠添加量2.75%,聚乙二醇1500添加量5.6%.
Abstract
In order to investigate the composition ratio of potato whitening washing mask,the effects of potato slurry addition,car-boxymethyl cellulose sodium addition,sodium alginate and polyethylene glycol 1500 addition on the quality of potato whitening washing mask were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test with Jizzhangshu No.12 as the main raw material.The results showed that the best formula of potato whitening washing mask was:potato pulp added 28%,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium added 1.5%,sodium alginate added 2.75%,polyethylene glycol 1500 added 5.6%.
