摘要
在烟叶醇化过程中,为了收集烟叶醇化全过程不同时间段的数据,需要不断地在压缩烟箱中的不同点位钻孔采集烟叶样本,费时费力,如何优化钻孔取样工作程序值得研究.设计了以PLC为核心及人机交互的醇化烟箱检测设备自动控制系统,旨在建立数学模型的基础上实现自动钻削纸箱、自动钻孔采谱取样等功能,减少人力消耗,提高生产效率.
Abstract
In the study of tobacco aging process,it is necessary to collect tobacco samples at different points in the compressed to-bacco box,collect data of the entire tobacco aging process at different time periods,and require a large amount of drilling and sam-pling work.Therefore,a PLC based and human-computer interactive alcohol aging tobacco box detection equipment automatic con-trol system was designed,aiming to establish a mathematical model and achieve functions such as automatic drilling of paper boxes,automatic drilling and spectrum sampling,and reduce labor consumption,Improve production efficiency.
