摘要

提出了一种新型的自走式玉米收获机,该收获机采用自走底盘配置前置收获割台、甩刀式秸秆粉碎形式,将收获割台、秸秆粉碎机两个工作部件升降单独分开.本机采用分时前后四驱形式,尤其适应丘陵山区田间作业.整机各个工作部件技术参数匹配合理,机组在2~7.5 km/h各个工作部件均可正常工作,生产效率高.

Abstract

A new type of self-propelled maize harvester was proposed.The harvester adopts a self-propelled chassis equipped with a front harvest cutting table and a swing-knife type straw crushing.The two working parts of harvester cutting table and straw shredder were lifted and lifted separately.This machine adopted the form of time-sharing front and rear four-wheel drive,especially suitable for field operation in hilly areas.The technical parameters of each working part of the whole machine were matched reasonably,and each working part of the unit could work normally within the range of 2~7.5 km/h,with high production efficiency.
