为了解决肉兔养殖过程中环境温度、湿度难以控制,空气质量难以人工检测和调节的问题,设计了一种基于S7-200 SMART控制器的兔舍环境温度、湿度和空气质量监控系统,根据温度、湿度和空气质量变送器的实时检测值,控制器通过自适应PID控制算法判断环境指标,并实时控制通风、加热、加湿系统工作状态,达到动态监测和控制兔舍养殖环境的目的.实际运行测试结果表明,该控制系统能满足兔舍养殖环境要求,具有一定实践意义.
Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for Rabbit House Environment
In order to solve the problem that the environmental temperature and humidity are difficult to control and the air quality is difficult to detect and adjust manually in the process of meat rabbit breeding,a monitoring system of environmental temperature,hu-midity and air quality in rabbit house based on S7-200 SMART controller was designed.The controller judges the environment index through the adaptive PID control algorithm,and controls the working state of the ventilation,heating and humidification system in re-al time,so as to achieve the purpose of dynamically monitoring and controlling the rabbit breeding environment.The actual opera-tion test results showed that the control system could meet the requirements of rabbit breeding environment,and has certain practical significance.
