摘要

通过故障树分析,推导出23个已知和潜在的农机事故原因,求解57个最小割集和3个最小路径集;其次,用三角模糊数论对23个基本事件的概率进行模糊处理,得到每个基本事件的模糊概率值;最后,通过排序模糊,明确23个基本事件对顶部事件的影响程度.结果显示:在23个因素中,机器没有安全防护装置(X1)、人员没有佩戴安全防护装置(X2)、长时间工作(X16)、不合理的控制装置(X15)、超速超载(X7)等因素名列榜首.

Abstract

In order to accurately grasp the risk sources of agricultural machinery accidents,explore the causes and rules of agricultur-al machinery accidents,and effectively prevent various accidents in the production process of agricultural machinery products,the fault tree analysis method was combined with triangular fuzzy number to build a fuzzy fault tree model and analyzed the factors caus-ing agricultural machinery accidents.The results showed that among the 23 factors,the machine does not have safety protection de-vices(X1),the personnel does not wear safety protection devices(X2),long working hours(X16),unreasonable control devices(X15),overspeed and overload(X7)and other factors ranked first.
