以孝义市为例,全面分析了全市耕地保护的现状,探讨了"进出平衡"策略在本地的应用与实施途径,通过对现有政策的评估与改进,提出了切实可行的对策建议,以期为孝义市及类似地区的耕地保护提供理论支持和实践参考.
Abstract
Took Xiaoyi City as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzed the status quo of cultivated land protection in the whole city,discussed the local application and implementation of the strategy of"balance in and out",and put forward feasible coun-termeasures and suggestions through the evaluation and improvement of existing policies,in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for cultivated land protection in Xiaoyi City and similar areas.
