摘要
在深入分析讨赖河流域复杂的水文地质背景基础上,讨论了讨赖河流域传统分水制度对下游环境的深远影响.通过细致研究和数据收集,提出了一套新的水资源管理策略,不仅能更合理地分配和利用讨赖河的水资源,还能促进讨赖河流域社会经济的可持续发展.
Abstract
On the basis of in-depth analysis of the complex hydrogeological background of Taolaihe River Basin,the profound influ-ence of the traditional water separation system on the downstream environment was discussed.Through careful research and data col-lection,a new water resources management strategy was put forward,which could not only allocate and utilize water resources more rationally,but also promote the sustainable development of social economy in Taolaihe River Basin.
