摘要
在阐述落实耕地"进出平衡"制度必要性的基础上,介绍了耕地"进出平衡"制度实施现状,并针对耕地"进出平衡"制度的落实难点,探讨了落实耕地"进出平衡"制度的相关策略,为推进耕地"进出平衡"工作的深入开展提供借鉴.
Abstract
On the basis of elaborating the necessity of implementing the"balance in and out"system of cultivated land,this paper in-troduced the implementation status of the"balance in and out"system,and discussed the relevant strategies for implementing the"balance in and out"system in view of the implementation difficulties of the system,so as to provide reference for promoting the in-depth development of the work of"balance in and out"of cultivated land.
