Effects of Marsh Fertilizer Application on Soil and Fruit Quality of Greenhouse Prunus pseudocerasus
In recent years, the area of facility Prunus pseudocerasus planted in Dalian has increased significantly.Long-term use of chemical fertilizer will adversely affect the soil and crop growth in the relatively closed environment of greenhouses. The effects of total marsh fertilizer(ZF),50%fertilizer+50%marsh fertilizer(HZF)and total fertilizer(HF)on soil physical and chemical proper-ties,microflora and fruit quality of Prunus pseudocerasus were studied. The results showed that compared with total fertilizer treat-ment,the weight of single fruit,Vitamin C content and total sugar content of Prunus pseudocerasus were increased by 5.16%,11.26%and 11.57%,respectively,and the sugar-acid ratio was increased by 14.78%.The content of soil organic matter was in-creased,and the content of soil available nutrient was stable or gradually increased during the whole test period.Soil microbial diver-sity was more abundant, and compared with conventional fertilization, fertilizer input was reduced, and economic benefits were in-creased.
