沼肥施用对设施樱桃种植土壤及果品品质的影响

摘要
近年来,大连设施樱桃栽种面积显著提高,长期使用化肥会对温室大棚的土壤及作物生长造成不利影响.研究了全沼肥(ZF)、50%化肥+50%沼肥(HZF)、全化肥(HF)等3个不同处理对设施樱桃种植过程土壤理化性能、微生物区系变化及果品品质的影响.结果表明:相对于全化肥处理,施用沼肥使樱桃的单果质量、维生素C含量和总糖含量分别提高了5.16%,11.26%和11.57%,糖酸比提高了14.78%;提高了土壤的有机质含量,在整个试验周期内土壤速效养分含量较稳定或逐渐上升;土壤微生物多样性更加丰富,且相对于常规施肥,减少了肥料投入,增加了经济效益.
Abstract
In recent years,the area of facility Prunus pseudocerasus planted in Dalian has increased significantly.Long-term use of chemical fertilizer will adversely affect the soil and crop growth in the relatively closed environment of greenhouses.The effects of total marsh fertilizer(ZF),50%fertilizer+50%marsh fertilizer(HZF)and total fertilizer(HF)on soil physical and chemical proper-ties,microflora and fruit quality of Prunus pseudocerasus were studied.The results showed that compared with total fertilizer treat-ment,the weight of single fruit,Vitamin C content and total sugar content of Prunus pseudocerasus were increased by 5.16%,11.26%and 11.57%,respectively,and the sugar-acid ratio was increased by 14.78%.The content of soil organic matter was in-creased,and the content of soil available nutrient was stable or gradually increased during the whole test period.Soil microbial diver-sity was more abundant,and compared with conventional fertilization,fertilizer input was reduced,and economic benefits were in-creased.
