为了提升人才培养的针对性和有效性,通过分析山西农产品人才培养模式中存在的问题,结合浙江省农科教结合模式的成功经验,从引入多元化的培养方式、加强校企合作、完善政策支持等方面,探讨了优化山西农产品人才培养模式的对策,为推动区域农业现代化提供强有力的人才支撑.
Abstract
In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training,this paper analyzed the problems existing in Shanxi's agricultural product talent training mode,and combined the successful experience of Zhejiang's agricultural science and edu-cation combination mode,and discussed the countermeasures to optimize Shanxi's agricultural product talent training mode from the aspects of introducing diversified training modes,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and improving policy support,to pro-vide strong talent support for promoting regional agricultural modernization.
