Analysis of the Income Increasing Effect and Influencing Factors of Vocational Training
Took Chengxian County,Kangxian County and Tongchang County as examples,this paper evaluated the positive impact of vocational training on household income,and analyzed the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of its income increase effect.Through sta-tistical analysis,it is found that vocational training significantly increases the family income of the trainees,and the income increase effect had a trend of slowing down over time,and was affected by multiple factors such as training categories,trainees'characteris-tics and market environment.In spatial dimension,due to the differences in geographical environment,resource endowment and so-cial and cultural background,the income increase effect of vocational training showed significant differences in different regions.This paper discussed the multiple factors affecting the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of income increase effect,and put forward target-ed policy suggestions and measures on this basis,in order to optimize the vocational training strategy and promote the continuous in-come increase of the poverty-stricken people.
