摘要

为有效防控柳沫蝉,选用4种药剂对其若虫进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验.结果显示:室内毒力测定时,25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯对柳沫蝉的杀虫活性最强,LC50值为16.25 mg/L;毒力最差的药剂为10%吡虫啉,LC50值为50.31 mg/L;田间药效试验显示,25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯的4 000倍液防效最好,施药24h后的校正死亡率达94.11%.未来柳沫蝉防治中,25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯可作为控制柳沫蝉大发生时的首选药剂.

Abstract

In order to effectively control Aphrophora intermedia occurrence,the toxicity and efficacy analysis of 4 pesticides for con-trolling Aphrophora intermedia larvae were tested.The results of indoor toxicity tests indicated that toxicity value(LC50)of 10%Imi-dacloprid WP reached the maximum of 50.31 mg/L,which was a medium-risk agent.and the toxicity value(LC50)of 25g/L cyhalo-thrin EC had the minimum of 16.25 mg/L,indicating high toxicity.Results of field effectiveness tests showed that 25 g/L cyhalothrin EC of 1∶4 000 dilution possessed the best controlling effect with the corrected mortality as high as 94.11%within 24 hour.There-fore,25 g/L cyhalothrin EC could be used as an effectively control method during sudden outbreak of Aphrophora intermedia.
