摘要
通过分析山西马铃薯加工中存在的问题,结合马铃薯加工技术方案,针对山西马铃薯贮藏现状,探讨了马铃薯贮藏减损技术,为进一步提高山西马铃薯品质及附加值提供借鉴.
Abstract
By analyzing the problems existing in potato processing in Shanxi Province and combining with the potato processing technology scheme,the potato storage loss reduction technology was discussed according to the present situation of Shanxi potato storage,which could provide reference for further improving the quality and added value of Shanxi potato.
