摘要

为提高花椒实生苗木的繁育效率,优选花椒实生苗木高效繁育方法,选择临夏地方优良花椒栽培品种刺椒种子为试验材料,开展平地撒播、平地沟播、起垄撒播和起垄沟播4种播种方法的花椒种子育苗试验.结果表明,起垄沟播方法繁育的花椒苗木从地径、苗高、>5 cm的一级侧根数和充分木质化程度等方面达到一级和二级苗木的比例最高,起垄撒播次之,平地撒播和平地沟播比例最小.综合可得,起垄沟播是最适合繁育花椒苗木的育苗方法.

Abstract

In order to improve the breeding efficiency of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seedlings,the efficient breeding method of Zan-thoxylum bungeanum seedlings was selected as the experimental material,and the seed of Zanthoxylum ailanthoides seeds in Linxia area were selected as the experimental material.Four sowing methods of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed cultivation were carried out,namely,flat sowing,flat furrow sowing,ridge sowing and ridge sowing.The results showed that the proportion of first and second grade seedlings was the highest in terms of ground diameter,seedling height,number of first grade lateral roots larger than 5 cm and full lignification degree,followed by ridging and spreading,and the proportion of flat and flat furrow seeding was the smallest.It can be concluded that ridge sowing is the most suitable method for breeding Zanthoxylum bungeanum seedlings.
