摘要

清香型白酒中主要风味物质及含量的快速准确测定,需要对测定清香型白酒中风味物质及含量的气相色谱法进行优化.通过考察3种不同溶剂、是否分流、不同升温程序等条件,准确分离汾酒中主要的风味物质.此方法可在30 min内完成检测,精密度实验结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.79%~2.47%,3种样品均检测出甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、乙酸这4种化合物.

Abstract

It is necessary to optimize the gas chromatographic method for the rapid and accurate determination of the main flavor substances and contents in clean-flavor liquor.The main flavor substances in Fenjiu were accurately separated by examining three different solvents,whether they were separated or not,and different heating procedures.This method could complete the detection within 30 min.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision test results was 0.79%~2.47%.Four compounds of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate and acetic acid were detected in all three samples.
