Exploration of Rapid Detection Technology of Main Flavor Substances in Light-flavor Liquor
It is necessary to optimize the gas chromatographic method for the rapid and accurate determination of the main flavor substances and contents in clean-flavor liquor.The main flavor substances in Fenjiu were accurately separated by examining three different solvents,whether they were separated or not,and different heating procedures.This method could complete the detection within 30 min.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision test results was 0.79%~2.47%.Four compounds of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate and acetic acid were detected in all three samples.
