From Streamlined to Compound:The Transformation of Folk Sports Governance Forms from the Perspective of"State-Society"Relationship——A Case Study Based on the Traditional Dragon Boat Activities in Ancient Town of Xiangxi
To understand and adapt to the evolution of the governance form of folk sports is an important issue to improve the governance system and ability of folk sports.The case study on dragon boat activities in Ancient Town of Xiangxi shows that the governance form of Chinese folk sports has undergone a transformation from"Streamlined"to"compound"under the dual role of external promotion and internal development.During the transformation,the active participation of multiple subjects has gradually formed an interactive and win-win governance pattern;The interactive application of multiple rules maintains and promotes the healthy development of the governance order of folk sports.The combination of administration,market and autonomy brings about a compound governance mechanism of synergy and complementarity.The mutual benefit between subjects and the compatibility of governance rules have become the long-term mechanism for the formation and continuation of compound governance.The transformation of the governance form of folk sports and the revelation of its internal mechanism have practical guiding significance for improving the governance efficiency of folk sports and promoting its development and integration with society.
