The ultimate goal of community sports governance is to return to the standard of community residents'autonomy.The premise of community sports autonomy is the strengthening of community publicity and the generation of collective action.However,the heterogeneity of urban community residents brings difficulties to the realization of community sports autonomy.Through the research methods of literature and field investigation,taking X community sports autonomy as a case,this paper analyzes the logic and action framework of"community talent"in promoting community sports autonomy.In the governance of community sports,collective action promotes"community talent"to become the backbone of autonomy,and has an effective mobilization role for residents to participate in community sports autonomy.With the help of the government and social organizations,the organizational construction of"community talent"not only improves its service and governance,but also realizes the restraint and standardization of self-behavior,realizes the autonomy of community sports,and ensures the continuity and permanence of governance effects.
