System Construction,Operational Framework,and Implementation Path of Digital Governance in Sports Services for the Elderly
The digital governance of sports service for the elderly has important theoretical value and practical significance,and it is believed that the construction of digital governance system of sports service for the elderly mainly includes three aspects:core elements,governance principles and system mechanism.The operational framework of digital governance of sports services for the elderly in China mainly includes:mapping the governance field of sports services for the elderly through digital cognition;aggregating the governance subject of sports services for the elderly through digital links;Changing the governance structure of sports service for the elderly through digital drives and optimizing the governance mechanism of sports service for the elderly through digital adaptation.The ways of realizing the digital governance of the elderly sports service in China include:optimize the digital ecology and standardize the field of the elderly sports service governance;build the digital platform and promote the interactive cooperation among the elderly sports service governance subjects;improve the digital rules and promote the transformation of the governance structure of elderly sports services;and harness digital technology to shape a demand-oriented governance mechanism.
