中国共产党是具有高度历史自觉、历史自信、历史主动的马克思主义政党.党领导体育发展百余年来,特别是改革开放45周年以来,基于对国家体育事业发展前途的深刻把握,对社会主义体育发展实践的深刻总结,对世界体育发展时代潮流的深刻洞察,对人民群众体育需求和期盼的深刻体悟,经过党的十八大以来在理论和实践上的创新突破,我国体育发展取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就.中国共产党领导体育发展的历史自信体现在:道路自信指引体育发展的正确方向,理论自信坚定体育发展的理想信念,制度自信夯实体育发展的坚实根基,文化自信铸就体育发展的强大底气.新征程上增强体育发展的历史主动,需要以深化改革开放推动体育事业发展,以新发展理念引领体育高质量发展,以解决群众关切的体育问题不断满足人民美好生活需要,以中国式现代化奋力推进体育强国建设.
Historical Consciousness,Historical Confidence and Historical Initiative of Sports Development Leading by the Communist Party of China——Written on the Occasion of the 45th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up in China
The Communist Party of China is a Marxist political party with a strong historical consciousness,historical confidence and histori-cal initiative.Over the past century of leading sports development,especially in the 45 years since the reform and opening up in China,based on a profound understanding of the prospects of sports development,a deep summary of the practice of socialist sports development,a keen insight into the global sports development trends and a deep understanding of people's needs and aspirations of sports,China's sports development has achieved remarkable success.The historical confidence of the Communist Party of China in leading sports development is reflected in:confidence in the path,which guides the correct direction of sports development;confidence in theory,which strengthens the ideal beliefs in sports development;confidence in institutions,which solidifies the foundation of sports development and confidence in cul-ture,which builds a strong foundation for sports development.To strengthen the historical initiative of sports development in the new jour-ney,it is necessary to deepen reform and opening up to promote sports development,lead sports towards high-quality development by the new development concept,continuously meet people's aspirations for a better life and promote the construction of a sports power with a Chi-nese path to modernization.
