In the digital age,public sports service also shows the development trend of intellectualization.As the integration of current artifi-cial intelligence technology,the ChatGPT model has a wide range of application scenes in the field of public sports service.In the aspects of individual and group fitness,health management,health consultation,sports competition,etc.,the ChatGPT model can promote the develop-ment of public sports service towards personalized and intelligent interaction based on its powerful data collection and analysis ability,as well as anthropomorphic interactive mode.However,when applying this model to public sports service,we must pay attention to its possible risks and take corresponding legal measures to deal with them.Specifically,the legal risks are mainly manifested in three aspects:the risks of per-sonal privacy utilization,health advice consultation,and public data security.In view of this,the legal regulation mode of preventing the risks of ChatGPT intelligent public sports service should consider such factors as the operation law of algorithm,the protection of user rights,the special attribute of public sports service field and the integration of legal regulation mode,and establish a multi-subject cooperative regula-tion system with the protection of rights and interests as the core,improve the legal regulation contents such as safety and health,set up the parallel responsibility system of government responsibility and platform responsibility.
