八段锦对重性抑郁障碍患者的影响

目的:探讨八段锦规律性锻炼对重性抑郁患者的影响.方法:在福建中医药大学附属康复医院2020年10月至2021年10月的门诊患者中,按照就诊的先后顺序,选取50例符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第五版)》(DSM-V)诊断标准的重性抑郁障碍的患者按1:1的比例随机分为八段锦组(n=25)及对照组(n=25).八段锦组在原有治疗的基础上进行为期12周的八段锦练习,对照组维持原有的治疗,不进行额外健身运动.对所有对象HRSD17、Q-LES-Q-SF、MSPSS,皮质醇含量进行初次评估,12周后重测.结果:两组患者在12周干预后,对比基线、HRSD17、Q-LES-Q-SF、MSPSS及皮质醇含量均显著改善(P<0.05),但两组间无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:规律性练习八段锦可以辅助改善重性抑郁患者的抑郁症状,提高自我满意度与社会支持感知,降低皮质醇含量,但结果仍需要大量临床实验验证.
The Efficacy of Baduanjin Exercise on Patients with Major Depressive Disorder
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of Baduanjin exercise for patients with major depressive disorder.Methods:a total number of 50 patients who met the DSM-V criteria from October 2020 to October 2021 were recruited.The Baduanjin group(n=25)received 12 weeks Baduanjin exercise plus the conventional treatments whereas the control group(n=25)only had the con-ventional interventions.Outcome measures were HRSD17,Q-LES-Q-SF,MSPSS,and cortisol concentration.Results:all variables showed significant differences after 12 weeks of Baduanjin intervention compared with baseline(P<0.05),but there was no significant be-tween-group difference was found(P>0.05).Conclusions:regular practicing Baduanjin can significantly improve depressive syndromes,self-satisfaction,social perception,and cortisol concentration in patients with major depressive disorder.More clinical studies are needed to support these findings.
