The Historical Experience,Problems and Improvement Path of the Development of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team
Using research methods such as literature reference and logical analysis,this paper reviews the major achievements of China's Women's Volleyball Team since the founding of the China more than 70 years ago from a historical perspective,combs the historical experi-ence of the development of China's Women's Volleyball Team,examines the problems in its development process,and discusses the path to improve women's volleyball in the new era.Historical experience:adhering to the national system,building a team spirit,valuing team build-ing,strengthening technical and tactical innovation,inheriting gold medal coaches,and adopting scientific preparation.Existing problems:phased lag in coaching philosophy,frequent turnover of coaches,weakened technical and tactical advantages,lack of reserve talents,immature professionalization of the league,and premature retirement of athletes.Improvement path:implementing the concept of coordinated develop-ment and building a solid foundation for sustainable development;optimizing core competitive elements,enhancing preparation and training effectiveness;implementing the concept of innovative development and stimulating the internal driving force of high-quality development;building a national governance system and deepening the reform of association entities;comprehensively promoting the integration of sports and education,and laying a solid foundation for volleyball reserve talents.
