Based on the perspective of"Global Development Initiative",this paper studies the concept and path of Chinese ice and snow culture communication by means of literature and logical analysis.The research shows that there is a close endogenous logic between the Global Development Initiative and the spread of Chinese ice and snow culture.Under the guidance of the"Global Development Initiative",bring conceptual innovation to the communication of ice and snow culture:point out the direction for the communication of ice and snow cul-ture;provide favorable opportunities for the spread of ice and snow culture;provide a broad platform for the dissemination of ice and snow culture innovate and shape the value concept of ice and snow culture dissemination for win-win cooperation;innovate and explore the di-verse and extended field of ice and snow culture dissemination,assist in the dissemination of Chinese ice and snow culture.
