From the perspective of the community of human destiny,the international communication of sports intangible cultural heritage is carried out.The evaluation framework of international communication effectiveness is constructed from four aspects:the first is the level of national policy guarantee,which promotes the inheritance and development of sports communication industry;the second is at the level of communication elements:to promote the active communication of sports intangible cultural heritage from the main body,content and channels of communication;the third is at the level of communication effectiveness:to enhance the effective communication mechanism for sports in-tangible cultural heritage at home and abroad;the fourth is at the level of data creation:creating a sports intangible cultural heritage cyber-space,to facilitate the dissemination of results of local sports intangible cultural heritage.Through on-the-spot investigation,on-the-spot investigation and application of rough set theory and method,a comprehensive analysis was carried out on a sample of sports intangible cultural heritage spread in 21 cities and viatnam,the important influence index of international communication evaluation of sports non-leg-acy is found out,and the comprehensive evaluation index of international communication efficiency of sports non-legacy is calculated.Thus causes the country to the sports non-genetic dissemination appraisal the attention.
