摘要
通过对新史料的发掘与阐析,对中央国术馆武术家群体结构与人际关系进行历史考察.其群体结构呈现出以下特征:地域分布以河北省为主、年龄结构合理、以中青年男性为主、职称结构均衡、形成了具有激励措施的薪酬制度.传统的同乡之谊、亲族相携、师徒之情仍是形成和维系中央国术馆武术家群体的主要网络,其人员空间主要以地缘、血缘和业缘为主的熟人网络构成.对于其群体结构与人际关系整体空间的全面剖析,能够凸显近代武术组织发展与人际关系网络之间的结构性变动关联,进而揭示人际关系视域下武术组织发展帷幕间盘根错节的人际网络与错综复杂的利益交织.
Abstract
Through the excavation and analysis of new historical materials,a historical investigation is conducted on the group structure and interpersonal relationships of Wushu masters at the Central Guoshu Academy.The group structure shows the following characteristics:the ge-ographical distribution is mainly in Hebei Province,the age structure is reasonable,the majority is young and middle-aged men,the profes-sional title structure is balanced,and a salary system with incentive measures has been formed.The traditional friendships of fellow country-men,kinship,and mentorship are still the main networks that form and maintain the Wushu community of the Central Guoshu Academy.Its personnel space is mainly composed of a network of acquaintances based on geographical,blood,and professional connections.A comprehen-sive analysis of its group structure and overall space of interpersonal relationships can highlight the structural changes and connections be-tween the development of modern Wushu organizations and their interpersonal networks,thereby revealing the intertwined interpersonal net-works and complex interests between the development curtains of Wushu organizations from the perspective of interpersonal relationships.
